Great spot right in the middle of all the action. Finding parking was easy. The place was super clean and had everything you would need. Grant was very responsive. Worth every penny. Thank you and we will definitely be staying here again.

Very wonderful apartment. Perfect for a couple looking to get away. Everything in walking distance and amazing, even the couple restaurants and bar options just downstairs. If can’t do 3 flights of stairs this is definitely not for you but that is the only down side to this choice. Grant was very very quick to respond and gave daily recommendations in case we needed any.

Grant was absolutely terrific! This visit was truly nostalgic, and it made my homecoming even more special. I was so happy to find this beautiful B&B in the perfect location. Grant was always available—friendly, attentive, and full of the best recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in beautiful downtown Wilmington. I can’t wait to come back!

Location and creature comforts on target. Finding the right keylock box was challenging. Perfect quiet place to work and then play downtown at night. The key lock box should have the unit number on it

10/10 my most favorite bnb I’ve stayed at! The most beautiful & cozy apartment, with a fully stocked kitchen, very spacious. Grant was amazing with his recommendations & responses. The area was in walking distance of everything & felt very safe. Definitely staying here with each visit. The bed was incredibly comfortable, no complaints♥️

We loved the location of this place! Would recommend it to anyone, as long as you’re ok with stairs. The amenities and extra toiletries were amazing! Having in house laundry was just what we needed.

Location, location, location! Grant's place is an easy walk to all the downtown hotspots you'd want to see. And my fav taco spot, Islands Fresh Mex Grill, is only a few doors away. ::praise hands!:: Street parking was available when unloading for the stay, and the parking garage connected to Ruth's Chris had the best rates for the full visit. The unit was clean, the bed super comfortable, and the decor made for a great ambiance. All around a great stay!

We stayed in Wilmington, NC to visit family for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our time. The home was clean, inviting, and in a great location, which made the holiday weekend even more special. Our group of eight made everything work comfortably, though the space felt especially perfect for about six people. It was still a lovely stay overall, and we truly appreciated having a warm place to gather and make memories with family.

We visited the area for a family members 90th birthday. There was plenty of room, communication was great, and plenty of amenities. The only minor drawback was that workers showed up and that was not communicated to us so, it was a bit of a surprise to see them there.

Loved this place! Large, very private & quiet neighborhood. Loved how close it was to restaurants & the beach! Host was very responsive & having the large fenced backyard was an added bonus for my medical alert service dog. Highly recommend this Airbnb.
