To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please note that a Golf Cart Release Form and Rental Agreement must be signed prior to your stay. These forms help us provide the best service possible and keep everyone safe and informed. You'll receive them after booking, and we kindly ask that you complete them before check-in. Golf Cart Rules & Guidelines: Must fill out waiver We’re excited to offer a golf cart for your use during your stay! To keep things safe and fun for everyone, please follow these simple rules: Licensed Drivers Only – The golf cart can only be driven by guests 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license. No exceptions. Drive Safely – Please obey all local traffic laws and drive responsibly. No speeding, reckless driving, or off-roading. No Drinking & Driving – Just like a car, operating the golf cart under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Stay on Approved Paths – The golf cart is meant for roads and designated paths only. Please don’t take it on the beach, through water, or off-trail areas. Seatbelts & Capacity – If the cart has seatbelts, use them! Also, stick to the designated seating capacity—no extra passengers or lap riders. Park Responsibly – Always park in a safe, legal spot and remove the key when not in use. You Break It, You Fix It – Guests are responsible for any damage or issues caused during use. Please return the golf cart in the same condition as you received it. Host is Not Responsible – By using the golf cart, you accept all risks associated with its operation. The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages. Have Fun & Be Courteous! – Enjoy cruising around, but please be respectful of neighbors and other drivers. By using the golf cart, you agree to follow these rules. Let us know if you have any questions, and have a great time! Early Check-In Option Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but we understand that travel plans vary. If you’re arriving early and would like to settle in sooner, we offer an early check-in option starting at 2:00 PM for a $50 fee (subject to availability). If interested, please message us with your estimated arrival time and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Our goal is to make your arrival as smooth and stress-free as possible! To book a stay at our home, the primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. A valid government-issued ID may be required for age verification.
