Located in the heart of Down Town Wilmington, this beautiful studio apartment has it all. Located on the top floor of the New York Hatters building, with walkability to everything downtown. Enjoy the shops, the food, and even the bar seen!
Guest Access
Access to the building will be by an electrical lock on the outside. Once in the building you lock box will be located on the 3rd floor railing. Look for the Master Key Lock box! 116 N 2nd St, Wilmington, NC 28401 - Cheapest and closes parking deck. 14 Grace St, Wilmington, NC 28401 - River Place Parking deck. There’s also Free Parking along 4th street, it’s just a little further up the road!
